I am an experienced educator with over a decade of dedicated practice in teaching and curriculum development. My journey spans diverse settings, from classrooms to corporate environments, where I've honed my skills in training and instructional design. My expertise encompasses designing and implementing innovative curricula tailored for learners of all ages, including animals, children, and adults.

In my recent role as a Training Specialist at Walden University, I led the development and assessment of comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance. Utilizing sound instructional design principles, I crafted engaging e-learning modules and multimedia resources aligned with organizational goals and industry standards. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, I created specialized content tailored to meet the unique needs of various departments and academic disciplines. My proficiency in managing learning management systems (LMS) ensured that training materials were consistently updated, accessible, and user-friendly.

Prior to this, my experience as a Senior Student Success Advisor at Walden University and as a Team Lead and Teacher in elementary education equipped me with invaluable insights into fostering student success and driving educational innovation. I've demonstrated a strong commitment to integrating technology into the classroom environment, facilitating professional development, and implementing effective teaching strategies.

I hold a Master of Science in Instructional Design from Walden University, complemented by a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University. My academic journey has been underscored by a passion for leveraging educational technologies and advancing learning methodologies. I am adept in utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Adobe, and Articulate to enhance educational outcomes and streamline instructional delivery.
